VoIP ATAs FAMILY

Introduction

The feature-rich ATAs offer connectivity to VoIP, GSM and POTS networks. An ATA user can plug standard analog telephone devices to the ATA and the analog device(s) will connect transparently to the IP and GSM networks. An ATA thus provides a user with the ease of using a standard telephone instrument, yet make VoIP and GSM calls. The ATAs can also be interfaced to existing PBX system, offering GSM and IP line to be shared among the PBX users.
VoIP-FXS ATA
A VoIP-FXS ATA offers integrated VoIP and FXS Port. Users can plug one or more standard analog telephone devices into the ATA’s FXS ports and the analog device(s) will connect transparently to the IP network. An ATA provides the user with the ease of using a standard telephone instrument, yet make VoIP calls. A PC connected to the LAN Port can be used for internet browsing simultaneously.
VoIP-FXO-FXS ATA
A VoIP-FXO-FXS ATA offers integrated VoIP, FXO and FXS Ports. Users can plug one or more standard analog telephone devices into the ATA’s FXS ports and the analog device(s) will connect transparently, to the IP network. The FXO port provides connectivity to a CO line. Connecting a CO line to the FXO port of ATA and the Ethernet port to the VoIP network, a user can place both IP and fixed-line calls from a single telephone instrument.
VoIP-GSM-FXS ATA
GSM network is widespread. VoIP promises to be the future of communication technology and offers significant cost benefit. The benefits are many and much compelling. But investing hugely on building an infrastructure to support GSM and IP calls may not make practical sense for smaller organizations. An organization with POTS backbone can access the GSM and IP network via a VoIP-GSM-FXS ATA, offering integrated interfaces for each of these networks.
