Matrix has a full-fledged Technical Support Center that provides prompt customer solution support and resources. Matrix products are available all fully backed by services of our Customer Care representatives and technical service experts.
The Technical Support team comprises of experienced engineers and provides prompt online support to field technicians and engineers of channel partners and customers. Matrix Tech Support engineers can be contacted on phone, fax, email and chat any time from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday through Saturday.
Matrix regularly conducts training programs where engineers and technicians of channel partners are thoroughly trained on installation, configuration, functioning and maintenance of all its products. They are updated about all the technical aspects of products so that they can extend prompt after-sales support to the end-users.

Projects and Pre-sales SupportWe welcome requests from our channel partners and system integrators for Pre-sales support for important projects and typical applications. Our dedicated team of engineers help our partners at all the stages of such projects starting from understanding customer requirements, solution architecture and design, demonstration and finally, the installation.
